Please read these pages carefully. They contain important information about the use of this card protection service and are the terms of the agreement between yourself and the service provider. The card protection service is supplied through this Website provided by Mighty Net, Inc.

Card Registration

You can register all of the cards that you have been issued including, but not limited to, credit cards, debit cards, charge cards, bank cards, loyalty cards, membership cards, airline cards, club cards, health cards. There is no limit to the number of cards that may be registered, nor to the number of individuals within one household who hold cards.

You will record these details online and you can check them any time by logging on to the Website, if you are an unlimited access user. One time users of the service will receive an email confirmation of the notification.

Lost/Stolen Cards

In the event of loss or theft, where possible you should record the details through the Website. Mighty Net will then notify the relevant issuers of all those registered cards that you have reported lost or stolen. The card issuer/s will respond to the notification/s and take the appropriate action. The issuer's normal terms and conditions will apply.

For unlimited access users, in the event that cards are lost or stolen and you do not have Internet access or access to the Website, you may contact the emergency service number, provided by the organization that introduced you to our service, and a report will be taken from you. This is the only service that will be available to you over the telephone. Note this does not apply where you have been referred to this site from a banner or text link on a third party site and purchased the service directly from CardPalSM/Mighty Net.

Confirmation of the action taken by Mighty Net will be sent by e-mail to your registered e-mail address.

When you change your address you may register the change through the Website. Mighty Net will then send out notifications to the issuers of all the cards that you have registered apart from those that cards have an alternate billing address recorded on the Website.

Confirmation of the action taken by Mighty Net will be sent by e-mail to your registered e-mail address.

New Card Request

Should you wish to request a new card or need to replace one that has (for instance) been damaged or has stopped working, you can complete a request online. Mighty Net will forward this request to the relevant card issuer/s who will respond to that request within their own terms and conditions.
