Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a membership by sending a request from the contact us page on our Website. Within 120 (one hundred and twenty) days of receiving a notice of cancellation we will destroy all data - except for your first and last names, a unique user i.d. and the dates that you started and cancelled in order to identify that you were once a member. This data will only be available to authorised employees in the event of a dispute. Upon receipt of a written request we will also destroy your personal identifying data (first and last names), keeping only the non-identifiable data for statistical purposes.
If you have applied for and used the single service option no refund will be paid. If you are an unlimited access subscriber who has purchased the service directly from our website and you notify us within 30 days of your application that you wish to cancel and if you have not used any of the services (save for the card registration) then your fee will be refunded in full. Otherwise no refund will be made.
If you feel CardPalSM has charged your in error (an unlikely event), send an email and include a complete explanation of why you are disputing the charge including the date of the charge.
